VALUES.

It is easy to understand what we do and how we do it. It is much more difficult to articulate our “why”. Research suggests that those who know their “why” are more effective and successful at what they do. In addition, people who know they're why are driven by a passion to move towards their purpose. During this workshop, participants will learn their “why” through personal values exercise and discussion. This hands-on workshop brings personal values to the forefront and challenges participants to think about whether they live by them in their personal lives. This workshop is known to make an immediate and long-lasting impact on participants.

MINDFULNESS.

Too much stress? Deprived of sleep? Why not take a portion of your busy time to empty your mind and free yourself of all distractions? Becoming a mindful leader is not an easy achievement. As our lives are filled with technology, the distractions that we are faced with are intense, and thus, our minds are constantly stressed upon piles of required work. To cope with all these distractions in our lives, mindfulness is key. You will be introduced to several techniques that will help you deal with life’s challenges. You will leave this session with a deeper understanding of self, and importance of living and leading in the present.
