Our mission is to encourage Winnipeg youth to understand their potential as leaders. The workshops we run will provide attendees with the tools vital for personal growth and leadership development. This conference turns the eye inwards to help youth realize their strengths and abilities as both individuals and team members. In addition, mindfulness and mental wellness guidance lead to greater self-awareness and stress reduction. We aim to leave a lasting impact on students, motivating them to engage in creating positive change in their schools, local communities, and global communities. We’re excited to see you there!

We are focused on developing our personal leadership skills and at the same time strive to inspire others to their maximum potential. Know Your Why.
It is easy to communicate what you do and how you do it. It is much more difficult to articulate your “why”. Research suggests that those who know their “why” are more effective and successful at what they do. People who know their why are driven with passion to move towards their purpose. During this workshop, participants will learn their “why” and how to effectively communicate their “why” with others.
